Delivery Status Codes
When you send a message, the network returns a delivery status code once the message has been processed. Use this reference to interpret those codes, understand what each status means, and decide whether a message should be retried, resent, or removed from your sending list.

| 0000 | DELIVERED | Message delivered successfully |
| 0001 | DELIVERED | Message delivered successfully |
| 0002 | DELIVERED | Message delivered successfully |
| 0100 | SENT | Message sent for delivery |
| 0101 | SENT | Message sent for delivery |
| 0102 | PENDING | Message queued for delivery |
| 0103 | PENDING | Message queued for delivery |
| 0200 | EXPIRED | Message validity period expired |
| 0201 | EXPIRED | Message validity period expired |
| 0202 | EXPIRED | Report timed out |
| 0203 | EXPIRED | Message expired while waiting in the queue. |
| 1000 | FAILED | Unexpected internal system error occurred. |
| 1001 | FAILED | Internal server error during request processing. |
| 1002 | FAILED | System temporarily unavailable or under maintenance. |
| 1003 | FAILED | Invalid API credentials |
| 1004 | FAILED | IP address not authorized |
| 1005 | FAILED | Connection to messaging platform failed. |
| 1006 | FAILED | The password provided during authentication is invalid. |
| 1007 | FAILED | The System ID provided is invalid or not configured. |
| 1008 | FAILED | System queue at capacity |
| 1009 | FAILED | Connection to upstream provider timed out. |
| 1010 | FAILED | Local exception occurred during processing. |
| 1015 | FAILED | Operator network experienced system failure. |
| 1016 | FAILED | Operator network experienced system failure. |
| 1017 | FAILED | Operator network experienced system failure. |
| 1018 | FAILED | Operator network experienced system failure. |
| 2000 | REJECTED | Request contains syntax errors or missing parameters. |
| 2001 | REJECTED | Request syntax correct, instructions invalid. |
| 2002 | REJECTED | Destination not provided |
| 2003 | REJECTED | Sender ID format invalid for selected route. |
| 2004 | REJECTED | Missing or Invalid Country prefix |
| 2005 | REJECTED | Missing or Invalid Country prefix |
| 2006 | REJECTED | Country code not recognized or invalid. |
| 2007 | REJECTED | Number contains invalid characters (letters/symbols). |
| 2008 | REJECTED | Message ID already used |
| 2009 | REJECTED | Message ID format invalid (alphanumeric 1-64 chars). |
| 2010 | REJECTED | Message exceeds length limit |
| 2011 | REJECTED | Text length exceeds route-specific limit. |
| 2012 | REJECTED | User Data Header (UDH) formatted incorrectly. |
| 2013 | REJECTED | esm_class field value invalid or unsupported. |
| 2014 | REJECTED | Character encoding not supported by route. |
| 2015 | REJECTED | Data Coding Scheme (DCS) value invalid. |
| 2016 | REJECTED | Sender ID contains invalid characters or length. |
| 2017 | REJECTED | Sender ID not whitelisted or approved for account. |
| 2018 | REJECTED | Sender ID restricted by operator for this route. |
| 2019 | REJECTED | Sender ID not registered on account. |
| 2020 | REJECTED | Sender ID blacklisted due to compliance violations. |
| 2021 | REJECTED | Insufficient account balance |
| 2022 | REJECTED | Account credits passed validity date. |
| 2023 | REJECTED | No routing path configured for destination. |
| 2024 | REJECTED | Test account limited to specific numbers. |
| 2025 | REJECTED | API rate limit exceeded |
| 2026 | REJECTED | API rate limit exceeded |
| 2027 | REJECTED | Too many active API sessions open. |
| 2028 | REJECTED | API request type not supported for account. |
| 2029 | REJECTED | Scheduled time invalid, in past, or outside window. |
| 2030 | REJECTED | Message priority level not supported. |
| 2031 | REJECTED | Registered Delivery flag configuration invalid. |
| 2032 | REJECTED | Service type invalid or not supported. |
| 2033 | REJECTED | Account not authorized for specified service type. |
| 3000 | UNDELIVERABLE | Network rejected submission |
| 3001 | UNDELIVERABLE | Operator failed to deliver after acceptance. |
| 3002 | UNDELIVERABLE | Network protocol error during communication. |
| 3003 | UNDELIVERABLE | Operator error/no response |
| 3004 | UNDELIVERABLE | Operator messaging service temporarily unavailable. |
| 3005 | UNDELIVERABLE | Operator returned unrecognized response. |
| 3006 | UNDELIVERABLE | Connection to operator currently down. |
| 3007 | UNDELIVERABLE | Experiencing high congestion |
| 3008 | UNDELIVERABLE | Operator subsystem congested. |
| 3009 | UNDELIVERABLE | Operator subsystem failed. |
| 3010 | UNDELIVERABLE | Roaming delivery not allowed for this number. |
| 3011 | UNDELIVERABLE | Roaming partner network unavailable. |
| 3012 | UNDELIVERABLE | SMSC address invalid or unreachable. |
| 3013 | UNDELIVERABLE | Operator message queue at capacity. |
| 3014 | UNDELIVERABLE | Temp/Perm operator failure |
| 3015 | UNDELIVERABLE | Temp/Perm operator failure |
| 3016 | UNDELIVERABLE | Operator could not route message. |
| 3017 | UNDELIVERABLE | Protocol version incompatible with operator. |
| 3018 | UNDELIVERABLE | Operator authorization credentials failed. |
| 3019 | UNDELIVERABLE | Required operator resource unavailable. |
| 3020 | UNDELIVERABLE | Operator performing maintenance. |
| 3021 | UNDELIVERABLE | MVNO users cannot receive Short Codes. |
| 3022 | UNDELIVERABLE | Number porting lookup failed or routing error. |
| 3023 | UNDELIVERABLE | HLR lookup failed to confirm status. |
| 3024 | UNDELIVERABLE | Message flagged as spam |
| 3025 | UNDELIVERABLE | Message flagged as spam |
| 3026 | UNDELIVERABLE | Operator rejected Sender ID. |
| 3027 | UNDELIVERABLE | Message content restricted by operator. |
| 3028 | UNDELIVERABLE | Sending outside allowed hours. |
| 3029 | UNDELIVERABLE | Daily/hourly volume limit exceeded. |
| 4000 | UNDELIVERABLE | Number invalid or inactive |
| 4001 | UNDELIVERABLE | Number invalid or inactive |
| 4002 | UNDELIVERABLE | Number invalid or inactive |
| 4003 | UNDELIVERABLE | Number invalid or inactive |
